INTRODUCTION
Paradigm HSE (“Paradigm HSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit paradigmhse.com (the “Site”), including its Spanish and French-Canadian language versions.
Paradigm HSE operates through three pillars: technical services, distribution, and safety management, endorsed by brands including Code Red, HazTek Safety Management, and Concept Controls. This Policy applies to paradigmhse.com only. Our affiliated brand websites maintain their own privacy policies, and information collected on those sites is governed by those policies.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide Directly
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- First and last name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country, and state or province
- Inquiry type (safety services interest, employment interest, or general inquiry)
- The content of your message
You may also provide information by emailing us directly, or by interacting with the chat widget on the Site. Chat conversations, including any personal information you choose to share in them, are recorded and stored.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version, and language preference
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
- Referring website or source
- Date and time of your visit
- A randomized identifier that allows us to recognize your browser across visits
Where you have previously provided your email address to us, or arrived via a link from one of our emails, our marketing platform may associate this automatically collected browsing activity with your contact record. This means your page views and Site activity can be linked to you as an identified individual, not only to an anonymous browser.
COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly Necessary
Required for the Site to function, including security, form submission, and language preference settings. These cannot be disabled.
Functional
- HubSpot chat widget, which enables live and automated conversations and remembers your chat session.
- Weglot translation service, used to deliver the Site in English, French (Canada), and Spanish. Weglot may set a cookie to remember your language selection.
Analytics (Non-Essential)
- Google Analytics 4, loaded via a Google tag. Used to understand how visitors find and use the Site, which pages perform well, and how to improve the experience. Google Analytics sets cookies that generate a randomized identifier and collect the usage data described above. Learn more at policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- HubSpot analytics. HubSpot sets cookies including hubspotutk, which assigns a unique identifier to your browser, along with session and visit-tracking cookies. These record your page views, referral source, and Site activity, and where you are an identified contact, associate that activity with your contact record in our customer relationship management system. Learn more at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
Advertising and Remarketing (Non-Essential)
- HubSpot Ads Pixel. This pixel is deployed automatically as part of our HubSpot tracking code. It records Site visits and page activity for the purpose of measuring the performance of our advertising, and for building and syncing audience segments with connected advertising networks, which may include Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook). This enables us to measure ad conversions and to serve advertising to you, or to audiences resembling you, on those platforms after you leave our Site. Depending on your jurisdiction, this activity may constitute “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law. See “Your Privacy Rights” below for how to opt out.
We do not currently operate a Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Google Ads conversion tag directly on this Site. Where advertising audiences are used, they are synced through the HubSpot Ads Pixel and connected ad accounts described above.
Consent Management
Where required by applicable law, we present a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set. You may change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link on the Site. Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site or contact us.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair Site functionality.
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no accepted industry standard for responding to these signals, and the Site does not respond to them at this time. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law, treating them as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for targeted advertising.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information about our safety services
- Evaluate employment interest and route inquiries to the appropriate team
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Analyze usage patterns and measure Site performance
- Maintain records of your interactions with us in our customer relationship management system, and build a contact profile combining information you provide with your Site activity
- Communicate with you about our services, where permitted by law
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising, and deliver advertising that is relevant to you, subject to your consent where required
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Where required by applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases:

- Legitimate interests, for Site security, fraud prevention, and business operations
- Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, for responding to inquiries
- Legal obligation, where processing is required by law
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
Advertising Disclosure
We use the HubSpot Ads Pixel to measure advertising performance and to build audience segments that are shared with connected advertising platforms, which may include Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook). Depending on your jurisdiction and the settings in effect, this may be considered targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or a sale or sharing of personal information under state privacy laws, even though no money is exchanged for your information. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Residents of applicable jurisdictions may opt out as described under “Your Privacy Rights.”
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
We may also disclose information to:

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions and chat transcripts are stored in our customer relationship management system and are generally retained for the duration of the business relationship plus applicable record-retention periods. Analytics and cookie data are retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics and HubSpot.
