Appointed to the Chief Executive Officer of Code Red Safety in 2019, Nick will now lead the Paradigm platform in the same capacity. He has worked with the board and executive leadership team to strengthen the Company’s strategic focus and growth, promote margin improvements, and achieve record financial results. Nick has 20+ years of professional experience beginning as a founder and partner at Intrinsic Solutions, LP and General Manager of Sprint Safety, Inc. Nick has spent his career orchestrating strategy, assembling world class teams, and building sustainable operating companies that provide innovative, fit for purpose services to their clients.

Cody Stelly

Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years in executive financial leadership roles, Cody is responsible for providing the financial stewardship and direction for all the Pillars of Paradigm. Prior to Paradigm, Cody held various executive leadership roles through a range of industries.

Chris Chism

Executive Vice President Operations

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the industrial space, Chris is responsible for Integrations and providing Operational Excellence to all the Pillars of Paradigm. Prior to Paradigm, Chris held various Sales and Operations roles with Tyco International and Pentair.

Jacob Spector

Vice President Strategy & Marketing

With over 20 years of global leadership experience in the safety industry, Jacob is responsible for providing Strategic Direction and Marketing Excellence to all the Pillars of Paradigm. Prior to Paradigm, Jacob held various Marketing, Operations and Strategic roles with Honeywell Industrial Safety.

President – Concept Controls

From the very early years of a start-up business, Christina has been a driving force in the growth and expansion of Concept Controls. Prior to being President Christina held various executive operational, finance and human resource roles.

Jeremy Dean

President – Code Red Safety

With nearly 25 years of Safety industry experience, Jeremy leads the Code Red Safety teams into the next stage of development and growth. Prior to joining Code Red, he held various executive roles in Sales, Operations and Business Management.

Steve Jones

President – HazTek

As a founding partner of HazTek more than 25 years ago, Steve has helped lead the progression of the business from a small start up into the large and successful outsourced safety management company it is today. Partnering with the other Pillars, Steve is leading HazTek into the next evolution of the outsourced safety market.
