With over 20 years of global leadership experience in the safety industry, Jacob is responsible for providing Strategic Direction and Marketing Excellence to all the Pillars of Paradigm. Prior to Paradigm, Jacob held various Marketing, Operations and Strategic roles with Honeywell Industrial Safety.

President – Paradigm HSE Canada

Having spent decades in the industry, Randy Wiggins possesses a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for safety. He has held key leadership roles across respected organizations, including HSE Integrated/DXP, RECR Holdings (as President), as well as six years as Vice President at Total Safety of Canada. His track record of operational excellence, strategic vision, and team development proves invaluable as we continue to grow as a leader in the safety industry.

President – Technical Safety (Code Red Safety)

With nearly 25 years of Safety industry experience, Jeremy leads the Code Red Safety teams into the next stage of development and growth. Prior to joining Code Red, he held various executive roles in Sales, Operations and Business Management.

Since joining HazTek in 2017, Brian Stahre has helped lead record-level growth and nationwide expansion of this successful outsourced safety business. Prior to joining HazTek,  he worked in the management and technology consulting space for over 25 years. His clients were across multiple industries to define strategy, lead world-class organizations, accelerate growth, and deliver clients’ most important strategic initiatives.

From the very early years of a start-up business, Christina has been a driving force in the growth and expansion of Concept Controls. Prior to being President Christina held various executive operational, finance and human resource roles.

Austin leads corporate development initiatives across all of the Pillars of Paradigm. His responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, executing and integrating acquisitions within the Paradigm platform. Prior to Paradigm, Austin held various roles across M&A and private market investing covering a range of industries.
